This year has been an extremely busy year for all horse rescues, with the change in our economy, many horse owners have had to surrender or sell their horses to survive. Some are just turning them loose to fend for themselves, with disastrous outcome, and often court proceedings.
The volume of horses and other animals going to all rescues is increasing and the resources to care for these animals are dwindling.
CWSTAG strives to assist any animal in need, either through placement, rescue, or directing owners to the appropriate resources for their situation.
In order to continue in this worthwhile cause, we have many needs that MUST be met, or we will not be able to do our best for these trusting & helpless animals.
