Our adoption process consists of these following things:

1.  Vet Reference.

2.  Farrier Reference.

3.  Three Personal References.

4.  A Personal Visit Of  Your Facilities Or Boarding Facilities Where The Horse Will Be At.

5.  We Require a $100 Donation To CWSTAG Which Goes Towards New Arrivals And Their Vet Care And Feed.

6.  Vet Costs, Farrier Cost Incurred By Such Horse.  (ex:  If the horse's vet care, farrier was $85 then the total adoption fee would be $185).

7.  The Horse Is Not Actually Yours For One Full Year, In Which Shirley Will Be In Personal Contact With You Periodically To Check On The Horse And To Make Sure Everything Is Still In Speck. We Need To Be Sure That The Horse Does Not End Up In The Same Situation It Came Out Of.

8.  You May Not Sell The Horse, THE HORSE MUST COME BACK To CWSTAG If For Some Reason It Does Not Work Out Or Circumstances Change And You Are Not Able To Keep The Horse Any Longer.

9.  There Are In Most Cases (99.9%) A 30 Day Trial Period.
